Great vegan options, lots of stuff is made with marzipan of a very good quality, everything we tried was good
Best bakery that there is for celiac people like myself! I find myself going here almost weekly! They have delicious bread, cornetto, pasticiotto, cookies, panini, pizza, you name it!
Gluten free bakery but you would never know it. Everything we have had from this bakery was amazing. Staff is so nice it’s a definite if you’re visiting Galatina.

We contacted the pastry shop for our wedding. The cake was excellent, and all our guests loved it, as they were amazed that it was gluten- and lactose-free. The ice cream (coconut and mango) was also excellent, and not only tasted great, it was a perfect ending to the meal. The spectacular cake was also stunning, and everyone was amazed. Ci siamo trovati x caso a Galatina. Da celiaci devo dire che trovare i prodotti classici pugliesi non è semplice. Qui abbiamo provato tutto. Ottimi prodotti, proprietario gentilissimo. Piacevole scoperta! A Galatina ci sono parecchi locali che vendono il Pasticciotto, ma un Pasticciotto vegano e senza glutine è praticamente impossibile da scovare. Qua invece c'è un'ampia scelta di dolci(e non) tipici senza glutine e vegani. Come ha precisato il proprietario sono anche più salutare dei soliti poiché vengono utilizzati grassi buoni e meno saturi nelle preparazioni (es. Niente margarina ma burro di cacao). Lodevole la scelta del vegano sia per chi è intollerante a uova o latte sia per chi non consuma prodotti animali per scelta etica. Prezzi onesti e prodotti buoni!Traduzione
